Any person, firm, association, society, or corporation violating any of the provisions of this Division shall be guilty or a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine of not exceeding $300.00, or by imprisonment in the County Jail not exceeding three months, or by both such fine or imprisonment. Each separate day or any portion thereof during which any violation occurs or continues shall constitute a separate offense and upon conviction thereof shall be punishable as herein provided.
