Pursuant to the authority cited in Chapter 1 (Authority and Administration) and Chapter 4 (Food Protection) of Division 3 of Title 3 of the San Bernardino County Code (hereinafter referred to as the “Code”), as well as Health and Safety Code § 113709, food facilities defined as permanent food facilities and any non-permanent non-prepackaged food facility shall be subject to a grading system as provided in this Chapter. All provisions of Chapters 1, 2, and 3 of this Division shall apply to this Chapter except as otherwise provided herein.
