Definitions herein shall supplement all definitions in State law pertaining to the generation, treatment, storage, transport, and disposal of medical waste, and shall include those of Chapters 1 and 3 of Division 3 of Title 3 of this Code.
DIRECTOR. The Chief of the Division of Environmental Health of the Department of Public Health.
ENFORCEMENT AGENCY. The San Bernardino County Department of Public Health Division of Environmental Health Services.
ENFORCEMENT OFFICER. Any employee or agent so designated by the Chief of the Division of Environmental Health Services.
LARGE QUANTITY GENERATOR. The meaning assigned to that term by Health and Safety Code § 117680.
SMALL QUANTITY GENERATOR. The meaning assigned to that term by Health and Safety Code § 117760.
