§ 33.1301   Authority.
   Pursuant to the authority cited in Chapter 1 of Division 3 of Title 3 of the San Bernardino County Code and Health and Safety Code §§ 117600 et seq. (Medical Waste Management Act), the Department of Public Health Division of Environmental Health Services (DEHS) of the County of San Bernardino shall enforce the provisions of this Chapter.
