§ 33.1120   Temporary Waiver by Director of Environmental Health.
   Existing WCRR that do not meet current construction standards may be granted two years from the date of the adoption of this Chapter to comply. The director of the DEHS may waive certain requirements for noncomplying facilities, on an individual basis where such waiver would not adversely affect public health and safety.
