Except as otherwise provided in this Section, all terms used in this Article which are defined in the Statutes and Regulations adopted in § 33.1031 are so defined herein unless from the context thereof it clearly appears that a different meaning is intended. Definitions herein shall include those in Chapters 1 and 3 of this E.H. Code.
BOARDING SCHOOL. Any place where more than three minor children are housed, cared for, provided board, or sleeping facilities, and training or recreation is provided by persons other than parents or legal guardians.
