§ 33.0894   Soil Testing Requirements.
   DEHS requires soil percolation testing for all new construction. Testing shall be as directed by DEHS and in compliance with the LAMP. DEHS may charge fees for review and/or soil percolation testing done by DEHS or its agents as set forth in Chapter 2 of Division 6 of Title 1 of the San Bernardino County Code.
