§ 33.0611   Authority.
   The San Bernardino County Department of Environmental Health Services (DEHS) shall monitor and enforce all applicable laws and orders for public water supply systems with less than 200 service connections within this jurisdiction pursuant to the authority cited in Chapter 1 of this E.H. Code, and elsewhere as provided by law.
