§ 32.0409   Violations.
   A violation of any of the terms or provisions of this Chapter shall be a misdemeanor, and upon conviction shall be punishable by a fine of not more than $100.00 or by imprisonment of not to exceed 30 days, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
