§ 31.0823   Emergency and Disaster Operations.
   During any “state of war emergency,” “state of emergency,” or “local emergency,” as defined in the California Emergency Services Act (Government Code Chapter 7 of Division I of Title 2), as amended, each ambulance service shall within reason provide equipment, facilities, and personnel as requested by the County Health Officer.
