§ 31.0104   Interference with Health Officer.
   No person shall resist or attempt to resist the entrance of the Health Officer into any railway car, stage, vehicle, building, room, lot or other place in the County of San Bernardino in the performance of his or her duty or shall refuse to obey any lawful order of the Health Officer made in the performance of his or her duties within the power conferred upon him or her by law or by this Code.
