§ 31.0101   Health Officer—Appointment and Duties.
   Pursuant to Health and Safety Code § 101000, the Health Officer of the County of San Bernardino shall be appointed by the Board of Supervisors. It shall be the duty of the Health Officer of the County of San Bernardino, or his or her authorized representative, to enforce in the County of San Bernardino, outside of incorporated cities, the terms of the Health Code for the County of San Bernardino.
