§ 29.0206 Exemptions.
   The following types of pesticides are exempt from the requirements of §§ 29.0203 and 29.0205 of this Chapter:
   (a)   Pesticides bearing the signal word “CAUTION” on the product label unless the application method is by air or the spray is not directed downward.
   (b)   Rodent control pesticides placed below ground regardless of toxicity level.
   (c)   Pesticides bearing the signal word “WARNING” when applied using non-powered handheld or backpack sprayers.
   (d)   Pesticides applied within a structure such as a greenhouse if the ventilation of the structure is not directed towards the school site.
