§ 28.0308   Denial of Entry.
   Any person who in the course of any calendar year has any permit(s) revoked and/or is convicted of violating any provision(s) of this Chapter a total of three or more times, shall be denied entry to and use of all Parks for the remainder of the same calendar year.
