As used in this Chapter, the following definitions apply:
ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE. Includes alcohol, spirits, liquor, wine, beer and every liquid or solid which contains one-half of one percent or more of alcohol by volume and which may be consumed either alone or when mixed, diluted or combined with other substances.
BOARD. The Board of Supervisors of the County of San Bernardino.
DEPARTMENT. The Regional Parks Department of the Environmental Public Works Agency of the County of San Bernardino.
DIRECTOR. The Director of the Regional Parks Department of the Environmental Public Works Agency of the County of San Bernardino.
PARK or REGIONAL PARK. Each Regional Park owned or operated by the County of San Bernardino, except when otherwise specifically noted. It includes all property within the boundaries of the park.
PARK RANGER or RANGER. Deemed to mean and include the Director and any Regional Parks Department employee so appointed by the Director.
PERSON. Any individual, firm, co-partnership, corporation, company, association, organization, joint stock association or body politic; and includes any trustee, receiver, assignee or other similar representative thereof.
