§ 27.1205   Severability.
   If any section, subdivision, sentence, clause, phrase or portion of this Chapter is held invalid or unconstitutional by any court of competent jurisdiction, such determination shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions of this ordinance. The Board of Supervisors declares that it would have enacted this ordinance and each section, subdivision, sentence, clause or phrase hereof irrespective of any determination of invalidity.
