§ 27.1101   Replica Firearms—Display for Sale and Sale Prohibited.
   (a)   No person shall display for sale or sell a replica or facsimile of a firearm within the unincorporated area of the County.
   (b)   As used in this Chapter, the meaning of the term FIREARM shall be the same as the meaning of that term under the “Dangerous Weapons’ Control Law” located at Penal Code §§ 12000 et seq. A REPLICA OR FACSIMILE OF A FIREARM shall include any device or object made of plastic, wood, metal or any other material, which can reasonably be perceived to be an actual firearm, but is not an actual firearm. Such term does not include any nonfiring replica of an antique firearm, the original of which was designed, manufactured and produced prior to 1898.
