§ 27.0804   Decision of Board.
   A decision of the Board shall be made by concurrence of two members. The Board may either deny or concur in the allegation of the applicant. The Board shall make its decision and shall inform the applicant in writing of said decision within 30 days of the receipt of the referral from the applicant.
