§ 27.0401   Violation.
   Every person, firm, or corporation who violates any of the provisions of Chapter 3 and 4 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine of not more than $100.00 or by imprisonment in the County Jail not exceeding six months, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
