§ 26.0203   Public Nuisance.
   Any machine, contrivance, appliance, device, game, instrument or article kept, maintained, possessed or controlled in violation of § 26.0202 is hereby declared to be a nuisance and shall be subject to abatement as provided in § 26.0204 below.
