   In accordance with Government Code §§ 6250 et seq. (California Public Records Act), the Division may charge reasonable fees to cover the costs of copying public records. In the absence of a specific court order, and in accordance with the California Public Records Act, the Division may determine not to disclose to the public any information concerning criminal investigations, epidemiological studies, medical records, private matters, trade secrets, information which would reveal the identity of any person who provided information to the Division in confidence or otherwise violate any person’s right to privacy.
