It shall be unlawful for any person to fire, shoot or discharge any firearm, except for lawful hunting purposes and target shooting purposes in certain designated areas within the boundaries described in this Section.
All that territory included within the boundary of the San Bernardino National Forest territory.
Excepting therefrom all areas as described in Subdivisions (b), (c), (d), (e), (f), (g), (j) and exceptions of said Subdivision (j) of § 22.0101.
Excepting all incorporated territory;
