§ 110.0207 Business Development.
   In carrying out the purposes of this Division, the County may exercise any or all of the following powers:
   (a)   Assist businesses to further any of the purposes in this Division.
   (b)   Assist businesses to promote employment creation, retention, and workforce development activities.
   (c)   Create business development assistance programs.
