As an alternative to the bidding procedures set forth in Government Code §§ 25526 to 25535, inclusive, the Real Property Manager, Real Estate Services Division, is authorized to call for bids, except as provided herein, for leasing or licensing any County realty as follows:
(a) By posting a description and minimum acceptable terms for the property to be leased or licensed in at least three public places for not less than 15 days; and
(b) By publishing a description and minimum acceptable terms for the property to be leased or licensed for not less than two weeks in a newspaper of general circulation in this County.
