§ 13.0612 Salaries and Working Conditions of the Safety Management and Supervisory Unit.
   The salaries and working conditions applicable to employees in the Safety Management and Supervisory Unit are as set forth in a Memorandum of Understanding between the County and the Sheriff's Employees' Benefit Association, approved by the Board of Supervisors on August 9, 2016, as on file with the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors, and as set forth in any amendments thereto approved by the Board of Supervisors, or as provided by law if the Memorandum of Understanding expires.
