The salaries and working conditions applicable to employees in the Safety Unit are as set forth in a Memorandum of Understanding between the County and the Sheriff’s Employees’ Benefit Association, approved by the Board of Supervisors on August 9, 2016, as on file with the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors, and as set forth in any amendments thereto approved by the Board of Supervisors, or as provided by law if the Memorandum of Understanding expires.
