§ 13.0609 Salaries and Working Conditions of the Specialized Peace Officer and Specialized Peace Officer—Supervisory Units.
   The salaries and working conditions applicable to employees in the Specialized Peace Officer and Specialized Peace Officer—Supervisory Units are as set forth in a Memorandum of Understanding between the County and the Sheriff’s Employees’ Benefit Association, approved by the Board of Supervisors on December 20, 2016, as on file with the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors, and as set forth in any amendments thereto approved by the Board of Supervisors, or as provided by law if the Memorandum of Understanding expires.
