§ 13.0608 Salaries and Working Conditions of the Probation Unit.
   The salaries and working conditions applicable to employees in the Probation Unit are as set forth in a Memorandum of Understanding between the County and the San Bernardino County Probation Officers Association, approved by the Board of Supervisors on January 8, 2019, as on file with the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors, and as set forth in any amendments thereto approved by the Board of Supervisors, or as provided by law if the Memorandum of Understanding expires.
