§ 13.0607 Salaries and Working Conditions of the Nurses and Per Diem Nurses Units.
   The salaries and working conditions applicable to employees in the Nurses Unit and the Per Diem Nurses Unit are as set forth in a Memorandum of Understanding between the County and the California Nurses Association, approved by the Board of Supervisors on February 13, 2018, as on file with the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors, and as set forth in any amendments thereto approved by the Board of Supervisors, or as provided by law if the Memorandum of Understanding expires.
