§ 13.0606 Salaries and Working Conditions of the Attorney Unit.
   The salaries and working conditions applicable to employees in the Attorney Unit are as set forth in a Memorandum of Understanding between the County and the San Bernardino County Public Attorneys Association, approved by the Board of Supervisors on December 5, 2017, as on file with the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors, and as set forth in any amendments thereto approved by the Board of Supervisors, or as provided by law if the Memorandum of Understanding expires.
