The salaries and working conditions applicable to employees in the Administrative Services, Clerical, Craft, Labor and Trades, Management, Supervisory, Nurses Supervisory and Management, and Technical and Inspection Units are as set forth in a Memorandum of Understanding between the County and the Teamsters Local 1932, approved by the Board of Supervisors on December 15, 2015, as on file with the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors, and as set forth in any amendments thereto approved by the Board of Supervisors, or as provided by law if the Memorandum of Understanding expires.
