This chapter shall provide for the salaries and other compensation to be provided to employees and officers of the County of San Bernardino. All County officers and their deputies, assistants, and attaches, and employees of the County, provided for by the County Charter or by general law or by this chapter, who are paid or to be paid a fixed annual salary, shall be paid by the County in equal bi-weekly installments at the time and in the manner and out of the same fund as County officers are paid and all other persons and employees of the County shall be paid on claims presented as other claims against the County.
