§ 12.4507 MAC and Committee Officers.
   (a)   MACs and Committees shall yearly elect a chairperson, a vice chairperson and any other such officers as needed, unless the Board of Supervisors in its discretion appoints a chairperson or other officers for the MAC or Committee. The chairperson shall preside over all meetings under established rules and procedures set forth in § 12.4508.
   (b)   A MAC or Committee secretary shall be appointed and shall maintain records of all meetings and act as clerk of the MAC or Committee. The secretary may or may not be a member of the MAC or Committee. The secretary shall be responsible for submitting all minutes to the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors.
