§ 12.2904   Terms of Office.
   The members of the Commission shall hold office for two years, except that the individuals who serve as the Assistant County Administrator, Human Services System and the County of San Bernardino Health Officer shall serve for the duration of holding such office. The initial terms of the remaining members shall be for one or two years as determined by the Board of Supervisors at time of appointment to allow for staggered terms. The members of the Commission shall serve at the pleasure of the Board of Supervisors.
