§ 12.2705   State Hearing Officer.
   The County of San Bernardino or other local public agency within the County may contract with the Office of Administrative Hearings of the State of California pursuant to Government Code § 27727. A State hearing officer assigned to hear a matter under that Section and the provisions of this Chapter shall conduct proceedings pursuant to this Chapter.
