§ 12.2303   Duties of Clerk of the Board of Supervisors.
   The Clerk of the Board of Supervisors shall perform all duties related to the following activities and functions:
   (a)   Applications for licenses/permits;
   (b)   Sale of school and other bonds;
   (c)   Public Safety Authority;
   (d)   Building Authority;
   (e)   Chino Building Authority;
   (f)   Redlands Museum Building Authority;
   (g)   Yucca Valley Community Center Authority;
   (h)   Authority for the Handicapped;
   (i)   Inland Counties Emergency Medical Authority;
   (j)   Assessment Appeals Boards and Hearing Officers;
   (k)   Flood Control District;
   (l)   Roster of Public Agencies;
   (m)   Conflict of Interest Codes;
   (n)   Administering of Oaths;
   (o)   Certification of County Ordinances and Resolutions and Certification of Ordinances and Resolutions of Special Districts governed by Board of Supervisors;
   (p)   Accept claims and service on behalf of County;
   (q)   Other duties and responsibilities of the Clerk required by law;
   (r)   Filing of all papers required or permitted to be filed with the County Clerk by the California Environmental Quality Act, Public Resources Code §§ 21000 and following.
