§ 12.2301   Clerk of the Board of Supervisors.
   Pursuant to Government Code § 25100.5, the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Bernardino, shall be appointed by the Board of Supervisors in the same manner as other County officers are appointed. Henceforth, the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors shall be independent from the County Clerk.
