The duties of the Department of Agriculture/Weights and Measures shall be:
(a) Enforcement of the provisions of the laws of this State pertaining to weights, measures, devices, containers, packages and advertising, including the provisions of Division V of the California Business and Professions Code;
(b) Enforcement of the provisions of the laws of the State pertaining to the use, storage and handling of pesticides, production of agricultural commodities, shipments of plants and plant products; including the provisions of Food and Agricultural Code Division 4, Division 6, Division 7, Division 12, Division 13, Division 17, Division 18, and Division 23 and Business and Professions Code Division 3, Chapter 14.
(c) Enforcement of various ordinances of the County of San Bernardino as specified in the County Code.
