§ 12.2204   Term.
   The provisions of State law relative to the term for Agricultural Commissioner and Sealer of Weights and Measures shall not be applicable; appointments to this position shall be in accordance with the Charter and applicable ordinances of the County and the position shall serve at the pleasure of the appointing authority.
