§ 12.2203   Required Licenses.
   The Agricultural Commissioner/Sealer and all deputies and staff shall each have a license of eligibility, appropriate to the position, from the Secretary of the State Department of Food and Agriculture or the Director of the State Department of Pesticide Regulation, which license shall be kept in full force and effect as provided by law.
