§ 12.0901   Authority of Board of Supervisors to Appoint Advisory Commission for County Service Areas.
   The Board of Supervisors may appoint an Advisory Commission, consisting of such number of persons, not less than three, as the Board of Supervisors shall from time to time in each instance designate, to advise the Board of Supervisors regarding the administration of any County Service Area. Such Commissioners shall be appointed to a four-year term, and may serve additional terms if reappointed.
