§ 12.0607   Costs of Confinement as a Condition of Probation.
   (a)   The provisions of Penal Code § 1203.1c shall be operative in the County of San Bernardino. The Chief Probation Officer of San Bernardino County is hereby designated as the County Officer responsible for collection of moneys ordered to be paid pursuant to Penal Code § 1203.1c. All sums collected shall be deposited in the general fund of the County.

   (b)   The average per-day costs of incarceration in County Jail facilities is hereby determined to be $29.52 per day.
