§ 12.0603   James T. Kuiper Youth Center.
   Pursuant to Welfare and Institutions Code §§ 880—891, Kuiper Youth Center is hereby established. Said facility shall be conducted, maintained and operated in accordance with the provisions of Welfare and Institutions Code §§ 880—891 and other appropriate sections of the Welfare and Institutions Code. Said facility shall be known as the James T. Kuiper Youth Center of San Bernardino County and may be designated in court orders and other official documents as the James T. Kuiper Youth Center.
