§ 12.0602   Juvenile Hall.
   Pursuant to the provisions of Welfare and Institutions Code § 889, there is hereby established at San Bernardino County Juvenile Hall an elementary public school and a secondary public school for the education of the children in said Juvenile Hall. All necessary and suitable facilities for such schools shall be provided as required by law.
   Said schools established at said Juvenile Hall shall be maintained by the County Superintendent of Schools subject to the authority vested in the Board of Supervisors by law.
