§ 12.0506   Establishment of West End Sheriff’s Substation.
   (a)   Pursuant to the provisions of Government Code § 25351, the Sheriff’s West End Substation, the improvements for which have been constructed near the junction of Mountain Avenue and Highway 99, in the City of Ontario, California, shall hereby be established.
   (b)   Part of County Jail System. The jail facilities at the Sheriff’s West End Substation shall be conducted as part of the jail system of the County of San Bernardino, State of California, by the Sheriff of said County in accordance with Government Code § 26605 and other applicable provisions of law.
