§ 12.0406   Officers.
   Said Commission shall elect a Chairperson and Vice Chairperson from the members thereof, each of whom shall serve for a period of one year, and thereafter until their successors are elected. The Secretary to the Commission shall be provided by the Regional Parks Department.
