§ 12.0403   Term of Office.
   The members of the Fish and Game Commission shall classify themselves by lot so that two of them shall hold office for a period of one year, two for a period of two years, and two for a period of three years; thereafter, each Commissioner appointed shall serve for a period of four years not to exceed two full terms or eight years.
