§ 12.0402   Appointment of Commission Members.
   Said Fish and Game Commission shall consist of seven members, two from Supervisorial District No. 3, two from Supervisorial District No. 1, and one each from Supervisorial Districts No. 2, 4, and 5; all of said members shall be residents of the respective Supervisorial Districts and citizens of the United States, who shall be appointed as members to said Commission by the Board of Supervisors, evidenced by the majority vote thereof.
