§ 12.0203   Appointment of Chief Executive Officer.
   The Chief Executive Officer shall be appointed by and serve at the pleasure of the Board of Supervisors. He or she may be discharged by three-fifths vote of the Board of Supervisors and his or her appointment terminated upon written notice to him or her of such discharge and termination. The Chief Executive Officer shall give the Board of Supervisors not less than 30 days written notice of his or her intent to resign.
