§ 11.0401   Business Hours.
   All County offices shall be kept open for the transaction of business continuously from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. every day except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays and except as otherwise expressly authorized by the Board of Supervisors by resolution.
